Should i buy this game?

Im thinking of buying battlefield 1, but this game also looks interesting

in short, is this game worth it?

battlefield 1 is very much different from this game.
its a great game with great multiplayer but way to chaotic.

sniper elite 4 is far much better talking about Solo Experience and Co-op.
this is really a sniper heaven and the stealth here are also incredibley good.
you won't get the feel of stealth in battlefield like you will in SE4.

SE4 in fact combines the stealth and sniping flawlesly
you have the incredible takedowns, planting explosive, finding a nice place to cover your shot's
and clear an area in a way you will never get in battlefiled.
you have the feeling of predator here, hiding in bushes, watching the enemeis, deciding if you want to use a silenced ammo or just go loud.

even though i also like the sniping in battlefield 1, it's not even close to SE4.

multiplayer of SE4 is very different from BF1.
this is more hide and seek style of gameplay and need patient, if you dont have patient it could
get on your nerves.


BF1 is a fast pace, multiplayer focused, die a lot, use vehicle's, amazing graphics.

so it is really up to what is your preffered play style.

I agree with demon, I have battlefield 1 and dont like it much and regret buying it, but it depends on what type of game you like.
I like SE4 but did you read that reveiw posted here with the youtube video. That guy is kind of right the game is to easy to play, any seasoned player would laugh at how easy it is.

but any way the SE series is unique nothing else like it and i have played all the series so far and have enjoyed it

BF1 = Battlefield 1 (the newest game of the series up to date 2017)
it's setting is World War 1. Thus the 1.

no one said BF1 has better sniping.
it has great sniping actually and a nice Sound that you get when you hit a headshot.
it does'nt have "Xray kills" or "Bullet travel cam "or even "Short Xray kills" like in SE4.

although it is very fun to play sniper in BF1, it is different in a way that you mostly do
the sniping very very fast using what i just recently learned "Quick Scoping" (i too took a break from games and wasnt into shooters back then)
basically, you learn the center of your screen, you point it to where an enemy is,
you right click with sniper rifle and you aim like 2 seconds or less and try to kil, if you go head to head with another sniper and didnt nail the shot you will probably get killed a second later.
you could play different tactic but this is what will happened most casses.

in sniper elite you get to think more about your shot, account way more for bullet drop and wind(if you wish - depened on difficutly you set for yourself)
istead of the constat rushing feeling you get in battlefield 1, you will get a planning predator feel
even in multiplayer when you try to find a good place without being shot, and then spot someone, aim while caulculating in your mind and land a perfect shot which gives you the bullet/xray/short xray cam that feels way more satisfying than BF1.

Rly BF1 eyes closed regardless of the crap campaign but who buys a bf game for the sp? MP is great. Wait for a sale in se4 campaign is rly short with dumb ai and the mp is hide and sike with p2p connection and whithout anti-hack.

seriously, WHY P2P, why rebellion, why



besides, the singleplayer is literrally a Sniper Elite 3 DLC

and by that, i mean a $50 standalone DLC


well i made up my mind, wait for a $20 sale/or don't buy this game

I like the campaign, not much on story it's all about xray kills, that what it is,

Hardcore: BF1 Casual: SE4

I greatly engjoyed BF1, but be prepared to die a lot. SE4 is way too easy for me. Even on the highest difficulty settings AI are blind and dumb and you know where everyone is (no option to turn off). I'm regretting it so far because I can't find any challenge. There's fun to be had, but I preferred BF1 because it's actually challenging

For competitive games Sniper Elite 4 supports both dedicated servers and peer to peer multiplayer games.

oh, well that's a relief

but still, my feelings toward this game are a bit mixed

the singleplayer part of the game (in my opinion) feels like playing a sniper elite 3 DLC

maybe i will look foward to this game on a sale
