OMFG...
Am I the only one who thinks that the weapons are really ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
They don't do any damage and most of the time the aim is so bad, bullets just go completely the other way as where they would normally go.

Mmm not likely. All weapons are affected by Wind and Gravity drop. Only silenced pistols seems a bit underpowered

Yes, I get the bullet drop and wind idea, but sometimes when even upclose you shoot a guy into the head it just bounces off, you shoot again he falls down... you empty whole clip then if you lucky he dies. It's so freakin annoying, and snipers are so powerless unless you actually take "aim". You can go and shoot quickly because it will only tip them off but not kill. I get if you shoot into the leg but shooting into the chest doesn't kill them.

During those times snipers were most deadliest especially when armor was not really invented. Also, when aiming, the bullet drop is waay to soon. I tried the silenced weapon and from those 50-100m the aim was so off it made me cry and laugh at the same time. Instead of normal centered aim I had to aim to the left or right side / up or down. It just really terribly balanced.

All in all - all the weapons need some serious rebalancing and some minor control tweaks as character is sometime doing completely different things. And I had a moment where I jumped about 5min down and lost over half of my health... like really?

Yea, i had a awkward moment where i shot 8 times at a Jager with a silenced Luger (head chest several times) and i didn't manage to kill him. Had to close the distance and melee kill him. D:

feels like to me that unless its a headshot you only got maybe a 50/50 shot of killing them for some reason. I didn't know nazis wore kevlar lol.

I would really like it if the bodies were a little more detailed. like if I shot their hands they would obviously be in a lot of pain and probably couldn't hold a rifle, or if I shot one in the leg and left him there as bait saving private ryan style. but no I guess the nazis have been jucing because unless its a headshot or something that kills outright they run around like nothing happened :steamsalty:.

I've been saying the same thing. That's the level of detail gamers expect in 2017 and I see no reason why devs can't incorporate those things. Lots of canned animations in this game.

its stands out a lot in this game too because there are quite a few small details in the game. for example you can shoot the stick granades strapt to the guys chest to set them off. its just so inconsistent that you can't really trust your shots. makes playing the game well a boring and loveless afffair after a while which is just sad.

Short answer to that would be balance. If I can pick literally anywhere to shoot someone to take them out of a fight the whole body becomes a one hit kill box. It's also nowhere near as realistic as you'd expect. There are several documented cases of people continuing to fight despite crippling injuries - one springs to mind of I believe a Pakistani soldier who continued sprinting up a hill despite having his shins shot by machinegun fire.

The way I see it - the game only counts "kill" shots as those that are so lethal or present such large complications as to be unable to recover from them like a collapsed lung

The only real gripe I have is the game is a bit unclear as to what constitutes a "bleed out" shot - shooting to wound. There is a hitbox for it somewhere on the models near their hips, but because it isn't a kill you don't get the slowmo to help you identify exactly *where* it is. It's a bit morbid but Rebellion could solve this by having an X-Ray mannequin to poke and prod and see what's where.

The weapons are a bit underpowered. Them taking a 7.62mm to the shoulder and shrugging it off goes against the semi realistic sniping mechanics they have implemented into the game. Nazis must be wearing some top of the line modern Kevla lol o.0

Wrench is correct , in the Target Fuhrer mission most of those bots are just in ? sailor`s uniforms and it does take to many shots { with a secondary gun } to kill them.
Seems some times better to use the Pistol and to further compliment Wrench`s statement ? the Knife has a 100 % hit rate , the comment above

Yes, they do. But they haven't given *us* the hitbox.

Read my post again. Is then complicated by bleed out shot.
What game are you playing? It def isn’t SE4! My rounds pretty much ALWAYS make their mark and while pistols are under powered, they do the job well. In fact I made it my mission to use pistol only in a level and had many kills over 60m.
You have to be patient, this is not a run and gun game. You must wait for perfect timing on your shots cause these guys move about like real humans, tilting and moving their heads randomly even when following a preset patrol path, it’s quite literally sniper recon. Quiet and sloooow. I will sometimes take 3-4 hours, even on an easy mission like San Celini, and could def spend longer to get it perfect.
