Can I change the refresh rate?

Edit: Nvidia Control Panel lets you set the refresh rate of your games, so if it says application settings for SE4 you can switch it to your native refresh rate.

Alternatively you can type -hz=120 in launch options, thanks Khalne!

i was able to get 144fps by enabling vsync in the launch menu. when i enabled settings inside the game it locked to 60.

if you disable vsync then the only limiting factor to your fps is your gpu/cpu however since i only play single player i have no need for anything higher than my refresh rate (144).
