Mission Challenges Problems + Rifles Comparison

Hi all! i have 2 questions:
1) I wanted to complete the optional challenges for the missions at first play, so i searched on the internet for the requirements and tryed out. But, NONE of the challenges are completed even if i expressly done them (like, Abrunza Monastery: kill silently and kill Capo in the Church). No matter what, at the end of the mission the game gives me 0/5 challenges completed. Why?
2) There is some site where i can compare the rifles at maxed out performances?

Side note: i am a little disappointed about the rifles. Seems the springfield it's the best among all. Except for Delisle carabine which has silent shot, all others rifles dont have a "specialisation". I've preferred something like previous SE: kar98 zoom, mosin bullet speed, etc.
I mean, like some aspect i would choose the rifle in a particular situation.

On your first playthrough of a level the challenges are not active and cannot be completed. If you play the level again after completing it then the challenges should be fully active and available to beat. Hope this addresses one of your concerns.

Oh, i thought about It but needed confirm. So i have something for replay the missions ! :) Nicely done!

Really? That's why I don't see them when I press esc. I play the campaign on authentic, so I though maybe it's locked because of the authentic.

Challenges behave the same in all game difficulties. If you beat a mission (on any difficulty) and then play it again in Authentic, the challenges will be visible in the pause menu for you to look at. If you like you can also track an individual challenge by clicking on it so that your progress towards it remains on the HUD during gameplay.

OK thx, but I need to finish the campaign first. I want to unlock all difficult achievements in 1 time. After that's done, I'll play it again. But on cadet or marksman
