Hot Pot achievement, where's the casserole?

Title, I got most achievements about killing fuhrer except Hot Pot. It confused me a lot, where's the casserole for killing and what's the trigger?

You know the locked armory? The dining room is on the second foor, above the armory.

I still never found the key to unlock the armory.

get near it and press R to set it as a trap. You must do it before Hitler go there first

The armory key is in a locked room above, you have to climb through a window.

Does Hitler not cirlce the base the same as he does on consoles? It always says i"m too late to booby trap the soup.
