Low fps

i7 4790k, 32 gigs of ram, 980ti at 2k on the "Ultra" preset i get 30 fps. It even drops into the 20s when zoomed in. Why, my PC beats the recomended by miles. Any suggestions for a fix?

"Recommended" doesn't necessarily mean that you'll be running everything maxed out at a high resolution and getting a constantly 60fps. There may be nothing to fix but lowering some of your graphical settings.

yep I have. Still same results

That setup should be easily able to handle the game. You might have some other issue. Reboot your PC. Try shutting down any apps you have running in the background that have anything to do with graphics. Run some other games that are failry graphics stressing that you are familiar with past FPS and see if they still run the same.

I have the same problem here. I have an MSI Apache Pro with a GTX 1060M laptop and getting *17FPS when I set the graphics to LOW*.

Any idea what might be happening?

this issue actually just started for me as of two days ago.. something is different and bad.

write -hz=120 to launch options or shortcut of the game

check your render scale that messes with mine i set it to 100-110 that works fine for me hope this helps

I reinstalled the driver and it solved the problem.

I have this problem too, i have a Q8400, 8Gb ram and GTX 750 TI, i used to run this game very well on medium to high with 35-45 fps and now for some reason even on medium i only get 20-25 fps even if i look on the ground.

i get on 1440p Ultra 70-80 fps Drops to 65 i locked at 60 no drops at all smooth as butter. Dx 11 or dx12 doesnt matter dx 12 gives me 10 fps tough. U have enabled binaural sound?

Yes, i do have it enabled but i se Win 7 now, i used to have 10.
