Stone eagle location?

Im struggling to find the 3rd stone eagle on Target Fuhrer DLC

i've found 2 outside but can't find the 3rd?

any ideas where it is?

been looking for like 10 hours now

Ive not even found one as I've not been looking, but maybe it counts the one over the ceremony as one?

there's one high in the rocks and another above the open gap in the cave area

mee neither. Someone said is obvious the 3rd for this reason is to hard find. I don´t now. Maybe inside... But what eagle is and where?? No is the BIG eagle to kill hitler.

Third one is right on the back where you first start the mission.

Double back and follow the road until you find some kind of wood plank/fence at the end of the road, then look at the beach at the far side from it.

Anybody have info on that?
