Download stuck!

Why my download stuck at 94% and mine dlc content is missing

There's a dozen other threads already discussing this. What worked for me was pausing the download and then restarting. It still downloaded piecemeal, cutting in and out but as my disk usage remained high, I think that has to do with how the unpacking was set up.

Try pausing and resuming the download then walk away from your pc for a few minutes. You should see at least some progress when you return.

Mine has been like this since yesterday when this whole mess started! Done the same thing you say to do and still stuck!

In the Library, the 2 DLC are still not installed.

I have a dentist appointment @ 9am, if it's not finished by the time I return, a refund will be processed. Sry, but it took 2 days to pre-load this game and I'm not wasting all day today for this little ♥♥♥♥ to do, w/e it is is doing and not play my games. Sorry Rebellion as I own all your game but this time, my patience has run out.

After i try clear download cache and wait for few minutes, the problem is solved

MIne is stuck in the download/update process as well. Hoping this isn't a sign of things to come.

I think I might join you as even with restarting, clearing the DL and so on the damn thing does nothing.

If you actually launch the game, accept the terms, a window will appear showing your updating progress...and it's in fact progressing for me!

Yeah, did that. Twice. It just goes right back to high disc usage and nothing actually downloading. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled the game, restarted Steam and yet it is doing the same thing. I will leave the POS to run while I go do something else but I am not desperate to play the game so if it isn't working later I will just get a refund and skip the future releases of the game.
