Will there be content that would not be included in the Season Pass? I am planning of buying the Deluxe version tomorrow, which I believe will include Season Pass, I just wanted to know if there would stuff that I can't have even while owning the Deluxe edition. Cosmetic stuff, I could care less, anything that has impact on gameplay?

Read the post and look at the store listing. Deluxe is base + season pass. Your answer has been there for months. Read the "pre-purchase offer" section on the store page.

Season pass information should be on the main store page - especially if you want people to impulse upgrade to the Deluxe Edition.

I bought the game for pre-order in base package, and when I started playing I see the weapon, which is available as a DLS. However, when I go to the game menu DLS, steam writes that in this game there is no add-ons.
As I understand it supplements are available for those who bought the deluxe version.
Actually I was wondering if I could preobresti additions or subscribe to Season Pass or is it impossible?
Because to buy the game for the second time only because of the subscription does not suit me.

There is an option for buying the season pass, it's 34.99 USD. (Not sure which country you're from).
