Downloading the game right now, about 30~ minutes left.
I'll check the options for myself to disable the bullet-cam, I'll let you know anyway.
When you first start the game, it asks you things like Brightness, Audio configuration (Headphones, Speakers etc) and it asks you if you'd like to enable the Bullet-cam so, yeh - question answered.
Alternatively, you can disable bullet-cam in the Options Menu, under GAME > Bullet Kill Cameras > None
