Depends on your budget.
Top of the line would be an Asus ROG Swift PG279. It's a lovely monitor, combining the 2560X1440 resolution display with an IPS panel, Gsync and a 144Hz refresh rate. IPS monitors deliver particularly rich colour images, while G-Sync eliminates 'tearing' screen errors. The high Refresh Rate comes into play when running games at 100 FPS or higher, and gives a noticebly smoother animation and image.
If you're unwilling or unable to fork out $600+ USD for the Asus, you have plenty of other great options. Dropping G-Sync alone would chop a lot off the price, without making a huge difference to your gaming experience. Dropping back to a 60Hz refresh rate also makes sense, particularly if the rest of your system is older and you're not running 100+ FPS all the time across all games.
