Telltale's too busy making money off the Walking Dead.

They are doing great job in there too... but i would wish to just know that we would get another season some day... so far there are 3 seasons of games that we'll get, but not the right one.

Telltale has a lot of projects on their plate atm (another Walking Dead, King's Quest, and Fable). I'm sure they'll get to S&M eventually, barring legal issues (who owns Sam and Max, anyway? Steve Purcell? Lucasarts?). Of course, they may decide to milk TWD for all its worth, first.

I would actually like to see a movie. Purcell works at Pixar. It could inject more interest in the series and make another game more financially attractive.

Finally had a chance to beat the Devils Play House. They have to make a new game, and well they could bring back the tv series but it would only be CGI this time.

well, i doubt that Telltale will do a TV series... and any way i would rather have a new game over a seires in any day.

I absolutely want a new Sam and Max. I'm about to buy the previous 2 seasons in the meantime.

Like Sam says in Poker Night 2, they're just enjoying the down time right now. HOWEVER, as I say, all down time has to end sometime and this would mean that they'll hopefully get around to another season :D It's just a matter of time.

Oh, the ending. Oh man, the ending...
