Need help with a bug

I am at the part where the Romun fleet has arrived and we are sneaking onto the boat. But as the cutscene end Terra is stuck walking up the stairs and I can't regain control of Adol.

I managed to get it to work by constantly alt tabbing the game for the npc to take one step of the stairs for each time I did that, guess the stairs were too steep or something xD
