PS2/PSP Languages

How feasible would it be for someone to take the European translations that were done for the PS2/PSP versions (French, Spanish, German, Italian) and apply them to this PC version?

It would be great to recover those translations for the PC version. YS origin reintroduced other languages present in the console versions officially a few months ago.
