Maybe you could argue that Rivulet saves the Perk slot. But so can most other slugcats and Artificer can save 2.
Is that transferred too?
Also does the agility just overwrite whatever the slugcat should have or does it actually modify what it should have? Because then you can stack it on top of a Rivulet, no? Seems reasonable if you can't get enough.
Either way I don't mind transferring all perks to craft your own custom slugcat overall.
Artificers explosives crafting for example is mostly useless to me. The resistance, explosive jump and explosive parry are the key features and available as perks. Same thing to me, but I don't mind/like using them with everyone.
Now having played all slugcats with Agility, I'm 99% sure they all get the same speed as normal Rivulet, or if not, I don't notice the difference :)
Rivulet actually can't equip Agility, just like Artificer can't equip Explosive Jump and so on.. I also wondered if it would stack for Rivulet before finding that out.
But you won't have the gills! visually
edit: maybe stacking should be considered
double explosive jump or just getting a higher repeat rate would be rad
or improved crafting etc - you could do something to buff each of them
I suppose some of these could require more than one slot, being more powerful than an alternative.
