Add a save/continue system. Having to start over from the first level every time we run out of lives is pure unnecessary tedium, but the infinite lives Accessibility Option just makes the game boring since dying just respawns you back in the level with no consequence. Even the original Bubble Bobble from 1987 lets you continue via passwords, so you have no excuse for this. Also, I agree with the other user that the items make it hard to see the other enemies. Loved the demo. I have a few little things I’d like to share and address. Some may be unintended behaviors, not sure! When changing from one level to another, you can briefly see the robot appear in the position it was in the previous level for a moment before it places itself in the proper spot. This also happens with the direction the character is facing. I think the little hop it makes when touching an enemy should only happen if the robot is in its jumping animation.
