It's march 20 in my time right now but my steam library still doesn't let me install the game. Is there an exact time this game is supposed to release?

They've added some new trailers according to steamdb, surely it can't be that hard for them to just click the release button can't it? Why does this almost always happen?

Xenoblade is not on the PC, so It's completely uninteresting for me. I could not care less about some game on a non-PC plastic box...
