Its janky, its broken, its buggy. It has performance issues, too.
but for the last part, i think i'll rather blame my old rig.

But it was fun. Nothing super game-breaking happened.
Once you figure out how the game works, its a super easy game.
Only real downiside, becasue i had to turn down the graphics, some anomalies were practically invisible to me.

The game has an insanenly intense soundscape. Dev really knows how to put the enviroment to good use. The levels, although very samesy looking, were all nicely built up.

But for the money, its definetly worth a shot and youll get a good 1 or 2 hours out of it.
Give it a shot. Dev showed numerous times they care a lot for ambiance and that they want to provide a good experience.

Look past the jank and enjoy. :)

Sad to report, but unlike Super Normal, which I loved, Dream Cage just isn't finished. The game seems much smaller than the dev's first two games, and there's been no updates since February. The game just drops you into a small apartment and you wander around with a ghost occasionally jumping out. I never really figured out what the point of the game was. I has the potential to explore the best parts of Silent Hill 4: The Room, but simply wasn't as well planned out as it should've been.
