Who Did I Free?

Yesterday, I freed an NPC..He looked like he was wearing dark blue armor with 'spiky' or swept-back shoulder plates.
I cannot find him in The Breach and I don't even see him on the Gungeon Wiki's list of NPCs.

I have no idea who this person was. And I'm almost positive I am not confusing him for another NPC because, even going down the list of NPCs, none of the ones that are in The Breach for me at the moment look anything like I remember.

And I don't have many people unlocked; the merchant, the ork, the 2 ghosts, the Sorceress, the shortcut guy, the King, the dude in the tophat, & the bounty hunter

I am not sure about any NPC looking like the one you described. The one I think about is Bowler, looks like a blue-ish brick in red armor
Next, would be Old Red, he is a blue bullet (Though he doesn't have the armor you described)

If none of those two are what you saw, can you tell the size of this NPC compared to a Gungeoneer ?

Umm..Only a little taller? I swear it looked like a person in blue armor...Damnit. Wish I took a screenshot. I know for a fact he's nowhere in the Breach for me.

You probably freed Old Red, who is a blue-colored bullet with a face and beard.

I think I found him again!
I swear the other one was BLUE but you can see the shoulder 'spikes'.

To be fair, I was scanning the character icons, and she looks really different without the helmet. :P

It ain't even bad anymore, the 3x roll damage and contact immunity are rather helpful

Eh. Still pretty terrible for how time-consuming it is to unlock. although if you could get Live Ammo, Armor of Thorns, Blast Helmet, and upgraded Ruby Bracelet all at the same time........ I wanna see that in action.

I wonder if that does enough damage due to the multipliers to actually break the DPS cap. Because if you can, you just whip out the Stuffed Star or the Potion of Lead Skin and easily steamROLL the final floors.
