my sails is 100% health,and i'm not in the shallow water, there is not a single thing around my ship,i just stop there with 0 kn can't move a little bit.

were you wind shadowed? if so you can stop easily. Also if your gpu got maxxed re heat or 100 percent usage your ship control will be lost you can freeze up. check your fps in battle and port and your gpu usage and heat.

Actually there is : 2 years ago there were a guy selling a hack showing exactly where your canonballs will end ( very effective during dismasting ) i made a topic on this . With video and full description.

Hackers ruin the game for everyone and there is no war game ( and I have played a bunch) where someone did not start selling hacks. In a paid game the threat of being banned will usually keep people from cheating, because buying a new copy of the game is expensive, ditto on things like world of warships where you have to buy port slots and would lose all of your progress in the game.

Banning, however, would have little deterrent effect on a game where you can play totally for free and the game resets every few months anyway. I don't see much they can do about it except for coming up with a way to scan for hacks before the game starts like war thunder does.

To clarify - this issue is not related to hacks as it also (but rarely) happens with NPCs on internal servers now
