- select attack
- just before timer expires change to deck guns (or musket volley)
- stay braced until preparation is again around 70, then repeat
- once enemy moral is fairly low select brace then attack at last minute
The principle is to force the AI to 'defend' in response to your feigned attack, which gives you bonuses to your deck guns and musket volleys. Then force the AI to do anything but defend when you actually 'attack'.
