userid from steam received is empty

its really so annoying, and sometimes it takes like 10 minutes or something until i can login.

and yes, i also restarted steam and started the game through steam. wont matter most of the time.

i hear in nation chat that iam not the only one who has this proble, and it should really be fixed.

Get it every day, from once to 20 times +. Just keep trying and eventually it will work.

well, i knew iam not the only one but it seems everybody is hit by this bug. i wonder why they cant fix this. really annoying.

But this bug happens quite often. Sometimes you can get into the game immediately, mostly it takes a few times and sometimes you have to click 10 or 15 times. You hear this from many players. So maybe the problem is somewhere in the game.

We older players got kind of used to it but on the forum here you read that many new players get confused and think there is something wrong on their end and then they just stop trying.

I get it literally every day. Very, very rare I don't. Sometimes I have to click the error and re-login like 15, 20 times before it connects.

Yeah me too. Maybe they should add a message on the loggin screen that says:

"If you get the message 'userid from steam received is empty' please try again. You will be able to enter the game eventually."

That would help new players a lot.

same for myself and restarting Steam client does't help at all.

whatever it is. all my other game startup just fine (MMO type game), and i only have issues with naval action logging in. cannot really blame steam for it.

Dc'd 5 times in 90 minutes including inside an elite ai fleet fight. No longer can log in. stuck on the character loading screen. tried several times and yes everything else works fine. Seems to have started 3 or 4 days ago and now many dc's per session.. Needs to be fixed pronto.

**update still stuck on launching after selecting character and retrying to log in several hours after the first failure.

The server issues obviously were not fixed when it was shut down and rolled back it seems.
