Naval Action Discord Server

I appear to have been permanently banned from the Naval Action Discord Server. I do not know what the violation, if any, was. After the ban, I asked in the "unban requests" area the following question: "Is there a process to discover the reason for the ban" and the answer given was "Same as the other four" - moderator was referring to four other people who were also banned. I am unable to log on to the Naval Action Discord Server. Is there a resolution to this? Can I at least discover the reason for the ban?

My NA handle is Fabrizio Duro. In the NA discord server, I had my nick as [CDB] Fabrizio Duro. My discord name (not the nickname) is something else.

There is no such user as Fabrizio Duro on the official Naval Action discord server.

Are you sure you are not talking about community driven Naval Action discord server?

There is no user of Fabrizio Duro because I was banned and removed from the server, without explanation, and, I believe, without actual cause. Hope this helps.

Captain, you were first sent to the brig and then your punishment elevated to a ban for an additional serious violation. However, based on your past honorable participation in the channel, the ban has been rescinded and your sentence reduced to time already served. Should you so desire, you can now rejoin the official Discord server.

Sure. However, this will be my LAST post in public regarding this incident. Moderation decisions are not discussed nor debated in public. As I said previously, you are free to rejoin the Discord server and you can then receive a more detailed explanation.

You received what would have been a simple 1 day brig sentence for violation of Article of War #3 Respect Everyone - "You will respect the rights and opinions of other members, as well as refrain from harassing and/or personally attacking other members, developers and volunteers. You must also respect the requests of those moderating our Community. You are expected to be courteous when disagreeing with others, and must respect the requests of the Volunteer Governors moderating the community discussions."

You were subsequently banned from the Discord server for violation of Article 12. Discipline evasion "Ban evasion or filter evasion is prohibited. This includes the partial masking of letters using numbers or alternate symbols. Bypassing a suspension or ban via the use of alternate accounts can result in permanent ban."

I can read rules as well as anyone. However, if you don't indicate which of my posts constituted a violation, then it's rather pointless to do so again in this case.

The teenage girls running the NA discord perma banned so many people back then. For no reason other then they get defensive when proven wrong. Change my mind
