That makes no sense though, they cant sell the new DLC ship to people who have other shallow draft ships.... as such, they must make the others deep water only to entice people to give them more money.
Exactly, but how else will they sell the new DLC ship if we have other ships we could use is the point. They want everyone to shill out money for a ship that still cant board anything with their new BS: "Unarmed ships with no guns now have trouble fighting in boarding combat. The crew seeing that the Captain chose to start boarding with no gun loses desire to fight in boarding melee.
Please - Do not board enemy ships of you have no guns equipped." but you can haul more to make enough to hate your life just a little less and be able to buy a piece of bread as you slave over a game that they had zero reason to gut like they already have... repeatedly.... all in the guise of wanting to promote a PvP mode which has already failed repeatedly because the new generation of gamers are drifting away from sole PvP games, and some of us are tired of the BS and toxicity that come from the crowd who are looking for their personal ego boost through pixels on a screen.
Devs are trying to money grab is all, they screwed everyone in the hopes of trying to revive a game which they already stabbed repeatedly, only they tried to revive it by gutting it and propping it up in a chair like an 1800's death photo from the New Mexico territory back in the day.
Depends on which galleon you go with, the term galleon didn't refer to just one singular ship rather it was liberally used among many designs. Some of the most earliest ship designs that bore the name were fat and stumpy ships while others were fat bottomed and skinny on the top like the one used in the DLC.
