Some Loki Runes are POINTLESS

Almost every Loki Rune spawns me into the end of the battle where I just lose boarding action without even getting to fight.

Before you start makeing insults on people. Perhaps you should think a little harder on what your writeing here on the discussion board.

First Loki Rune are Suppose to be random Obviously that means you can be put in a trader vs a battleship or Vice versa that is a given.

Second Insulting some one couse you find one game mechanic flawed dont help.

Third threats are never good.

Fourth It is not ment to give you a fight its ment to put you in a random situation with random outcome Hence Crazy Loki.

Let that sink in before you start screaming.

Your dealing with a developer that thought giving a player the ability to force PvP upon another play with 0 risk while the non constenting player risking everything... was a good mechanic to begin with... and yet you want logic in the troll toy? Logical coding by any dev with any sense would say ditch the damned runes as toxic and stupid or give the victim some way to not risk things same as the agressor... no other pvp game on the market has such a stupid mechanic and for good reason.

Many PvP games have invade mechanics. May I suggest the PvE server if you find the PvP server toxic.

oh I am fine with PvP... but the loki rune isn't PvP its a troll toy, I risk my ship and they risk nothing for the lolz... and no no other game does THAT, they may have invade mechanics but not where the invader risks nothing...

you want PvP get in your damned ship and meet me in the open world heads up... but I suspect your one of those "pvprs" thats to scared to do that, instead you only fight if you have a 1000br advantage or can sit in port popping loki runes..

I on the other hand love it when somebody enters my battle with a Loki Rune.. I mean what kind of idiot actually enjoys grinding xp, gold or doubloons against boring mundane AI... I also do not hide behind private profiles. Always the same idiots with private profiles trying to impose their carebear PvE will onto the PvP server. The PvP server is not your cup of tea pal now if you please don't mind shuffling on over to the PvE server and let us PvP players at least try to get some kind of enjoyment out of what is left of this game then that would be greatly appreciated.

Loki rune is fun, but also popular with the 'risk nothing myself but make you loose your stuff' pseudo pvp players. Same types who seal club, gank traders then smack talk, or just sail around in blobs thinking they're ♥♥♥♥ hot.

Loki Runes 9.5/10 of times always puts you at a disadvantage. Rarely does a player have the balls to try take on a SoL with a 5th rate and if they did they may run into some issues if they are not fighting correctly i.e. chain sails and keeping weather gauge.

The argument of trolling only applies to someone who would try to leave battle denying content and wasting time. There really is no room to troll somebody when the odds are clearly stacked against a Loki Rune player in almost every case.

Carebears have always cried about not having their hands held, they are uncomfortable trying to actually fight intelligently.

If I had my way there would be no PvE instances on the PvP server, therefore no Loki Runes and I would be cool with that.

It's way too rare to get good intelligent battles in this game but when you do get them win or lose it's great. Carebears never think this way and there is a server specifically for those types.

This hybrid PvE/PvP server ain't my cup of tea.

Fleet Practice was a great get away from the laboriously forced AI interaction but they did away with that, Loki Runes is a step in the right direction yet still way too limited. Open up queued lobbies and you would probably never see me wasting time here replying to idiots.

You've not the balls to sail open waters in your own ship and fight heads up in the pvp circle solo, your to busy ganking 5th rates with 10 ships and thinking your hot ♥♥♥♥. Your the reason the PvP server is dieing cause Admin listens to little ♥♥♥♥♥ like you instead of the rest of us that want actual RvR and PvP not kiddos ganking and cussing out their vic's cause they think it makes em cool.
