the ship is very good to sail. Not to mention the ship looks great :)
You can also make a good fleet with the Rättvisan if your rank is right. Or just use it as money maker or resources 1 per day.
The issue is when you are fighting other 4th rates, the Leopard kind of sucks at that and it doesn't have much crew so it can easily be boarded by Agamemnon and other high crew 4th rates.
Rattvisan cannot hold carronades but it has one of the biggest broadsides for the 4th rates, only beaten by the Agamemnon and the Ingermanland (Ingermanland can mound 32 pounders).
It has a high crew count making boarding easy for itself and it has decent armour and structure health points. She is more like a small line ship, similar to Agamemnon.
Both ships have roughly the same speed though I find Leopard turns better.
If you were only going to get one of these ships, personally I'd recommend the Rattvisan, it is good for PvP and PvE. The Leopard is a fun ship it just can't be as versatile as the Rattvisan is.
