Fishing Speed?

I did some searching and found everhthing but the best speed or none to fish. Or do you get different types of fish depending on speed?

I doing the research myself also. I seem to get more going Dead Slow. But I seem to get some fish all the way up the latter of speed. Less Full Sails though.

haven't played in a long time, but broke it out to go another round. I'm a trader though and now maybe a fisherman until I get some money.

I don't think there's anything to fishing other than RNG and you can't fish in your home port. I doubt there is any other mechanics than those.

Yow, that's kinda what I've figured out today. I'm running between a couple Outposts I just set up wide open in a Pickle (woopee) fishing and getting a full load.
