What is max # of warehouse slots? Does DLC change the cost of getting to max?

What is the max # of warehouse slots with and without the Admiralty Connection DLC?

Does the DLC just pop you up to max for free, or does it make the maximum higher?

If you want to get to max with the DLC is it cheaper to expand the warehouse slots BEFORE redeeming the DLC or does it even matter? Things get expensive fast in this game, like the 5th outpost costs so much more than the second, so I want to do this right.

In the vanilla game, the first warehouse expansion takes you from 32 to 40 slots for 2k cash, and going from 48 to 56 costs 30k cash. But what about after the DLC? If you are now starting from a new base of 48 slots, does the first expansion still cost only 2k?

The DLC adds 16 Extra warehouse slots (in every port) and 10 Extra docks for your vessels.

The cost of slot upgrade remains the same regardless of the DLC. So it does not matter when to activate DLC or to upgrade slots.

Thank you for clarifying that the cost is the same to get to max slots. Nice to have responsive Devs. But I still would like to know what is the max # of warehouse slots with and without the DLC

Max slots for the warehouse is 80 with DLC and 64 (80 minus 16) without. That was the case when I bought the dlc anyway.

Lol I have 88 so 80 is wrong. That 80 was from 5 years ago though
