Does this grow and you can get it from certain towns. ?
Cause i cant find any town that has it so i can open building there.

Is it a rest from oak log ? like coal is from iron ore
Or is it only introduced from NPC. ?

In other words how do i get hold of this wood. ?

It can only be obtained by NPC shop in certain ports.

You can not create a resource building to harvest White Oak like you can with regular Oak. You must purchase it from the shop in a port that has it available. The trick is, 'buy contracts'. Do you know how to make one? Players place buy contracts on rare goods (like White Oak) so that as soon as it is avaiable in the port's shop, they get it automatically...kind of.
If you press the "I" icon next to the resource, you can see what price people are buying the resource and you can place your own buy contract at a higher rate (1 gold higher).

Yes i have learned about contracts. I just wanted to know if i could produce it myself wich i now learned i cant.
