What warning? Is this a joke? There's a warning about streaming?

Yeah, when you boot up the game there is a message about needing permission.

It might be because of music and copyrights. You should be fine if you turn music off.
That's a guess. I can't imagine SEGA wouldn't allow free advertisement.

That sounds right. The music is dope though, but yeah I can see that being the case.

I think it's about streaming game files, meaning that's a standard anti-piracy warning, not about streaming gameplay videos.

maybe there is an option for streaming modus i see this in another game also because of music and copyright
Pretty sure they just didn't remove the splash screen from earlier builds.
If you're in Japan, you might need to be conscious of that warning. There are certain games that Japanese streamers don't stream for that reason. Otherwise, if you're outside of Japan, you streaming the game most likely falls under fair use laws.

You'd reallly be surprised with all the kinds of idiotic ways japanese companies love to shoot themselves in the foot.

It's a nonsense warning. They have no grounds to stop you streaming the game outside of Japan. Really petty scummy bs that.
