How to fix the stuttering?

I have a high end PC but every time I play BO3, there is a constant stutter in the menu's and when I first start a zombies match. I think then I have a lower FPS for the rest of the match. If I can run RDR2 at Max settings with 120FPS, this should be no problem

As far as i know there is no fix, every pc i've owned (very capable of running it) would lag in the menu but works fine ingame. I just deal with it : (

Thats a Little problem in the menu but not in game. Try to change antialiasing options, maybe Is that the problem of the stuttering. Let us know if you solved

Try launching the game in offline mode to see if it wouldn’t be present there. If the issue doesn’t persist in offline mode, then there are some fixes out there that you could try. I’d suggest the following: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2924410249

You lag at the beginning of a match, hard to say.

The problem in the menu is the game is basically constantly checking if you own DLC when in the menu, this is directly the cause of the lag. There are multiple fixes but most of then are sketchy at best or remove basic functionality like public games.

All of these solutions fix the menu lag;

Play offline - Obvious lonely downsides but no lag or hackers

T7 patch - Breaks Pub matches, patches some remote crashes, can use color codes in name again, probably the most legit option

Scropts QOL - Patches some remote crashes, Free LD/Gums, zombie pubs work, unlocks black market weapons/camos, ranked private MP games, mildly sketch

MXT - SHADY AF, Open websites, likely malware, advertises itself in game, unstable, literally used for low level cybercrime

Boiii client - Paid client shutdown by activation, locking their mod behind a $5/mo paywall is likely what did them in...

My game runs perfectly fine on extra and i have a 3060 ti and ddr5 ram 16gb, on some maps i have a little issue only because of snow apparently. i have had issues where my fps would drop to 85 from 200

get the T7 patch look it up on youtube and type black ops 3 T7 pacth, and its a program thats super super easy to install it fixes the menu lag and even protects you from the hackers that are getting your ip address.

discord.gg/4AwAz83Bw2 - BOIII Client is still playable, it just requires a few extra steps to get it working properly. Streamers / Content Creators can still play safely.

Online multiplayer still works too albeit a little more complicated to get running.

I’m specifically having this issue on my steam deck but if I use play offline and turn on airplane mode, it fixes it.

Hey guys you don’t need the mod menu. Had the same problem. Was having problems getting the mod menu to work but installing .net core 3.1 fixes the issue without even injecting anything. Search for 3.1 that’s the only one that works for bo3.

Just so everyone knows have no clue why no one could figure it out all these years lol cuz I’ve never had stutter or lag playing bo3 until I got my new pc and it should be running it better lol which it ran perfect in game kinda with stuttering and stuff but the main menu was running 60 frames and stuttering super bad at that…… the fix is go to properties go to dlc and install all files there campaign multiplayer all of it and it will immediately fix all your problems with no patches hacks or stupid stuff… fixed it within like 10 mins of it running like crap….

to fix the stuttering. download the serious patch from github. paste the LPC files into the LPC game folder. download koalageddon (dlc unlocker) dont worry it fakes dlc's because the game checks for dlc's thats why the stuttering is so bad. and then delete the loading screens - start up screen and the trees loading screen) the reason why you wanna delete those 2 loading screens is because it makes the game load alot faster. and when the game ends you jump straight to the main menu skipping the stupid tree vid.
