Is there any crossplay?

In Black ops 3, is there any kind of crossplay either with consoles or Microsoft store, Xbox pass, whatever?
Cause I'm on the fence here. Was planning to purchase Black ♥♥♥♥♥ 3 for the PS4 but today this sale dropped in and was wondering if I should get in on Steam. It's cheaper for me. But I know how old cods works on PC: only TDM is alive and everything else is just ignored.

Well that's sad to hear since it's not a very old entry. Yes I decided to buy this game for Zombies content only, is the season pass maps alive?

If you're looking into the Zombies mode, do check out the countless number of custom maps and mods in the Steam workshop. It's pretty much not going to stop anytime soon.

crossplay features between PC and consoles was introduced since Modern Warfare (2019). in any CoDs before that, crossplay just didn't exist among different gaming platforms (except a couple games allowing it only between Windows and Mac).

unless you're interested in "custom zombies" (un-official content created by the community), I'd say getting BO3 on PS4 seems to be the better choice, because the playerbase would be considerably bigger compared to PC (for MP modes, in particular).
