Hello Fighting Game Community!

We hope you’re all enjoying or will be enjoying Street Fighter V shortly! While we hope all of our fans will have a great time with the game, there will always be some cases here and there where the game may not function correctly under certain environments and / or hardware combinations. That said, we’ve set up this feedback thread for you all to share any technical issues you may be having with the game. We’ll use this thread as a central repository for tracking these problems, and pass on the information gathered here to the development team so they can investigate and work on a fix.

Before providing reporting further, please ensure you've followed the steps below to rule out problems with Steam or the game’s files:

Check your Anti-Virus software

Some AV software may trigger a false-positive situation and flag certain executables from running. Yu can temporarily disable the AV software to see if the game behaves differently. If the game runs when AV is turned off, that means you'll need to create an exception rule to Street Fighter V.

Ensure game files are intact using Verify Game Cache

1) From your Steam Library list, right-click on Street Fighter V and select Properties.
2) Click the LOCAL FILES tab.
3) Click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache..." and allow the validation process to run its course. Please disable or shutdown your anti-virus while this process runs.

This process allows the Steam client to scan every single file you downloaded for this game, verify checksum of each, and compare that against the file manifest data on Steam's content server. If the file is missing or has a different checksum value, you will receive a message stating "X files failed to validate and will be reacquired." What this means is that some files have either been deleted, or may have been corrupted. Click “Close,” and Steam will automatically download and / or replace the problem files.

Reinstalling your video card drivers

We also recommend making sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card. Some high end integrated graphics chips and modern laptop class discrete GPUs may work but have not been tested, nor are they officially supported by Capcom

If you still experience crash issues, you may want to try performing a clean installation of the driver set. This will remove any extraneous driver DLL files or game profiles that existed with the previous driver installation.

Important! Lastly, please don't forget to reboot Windows upon completing the driver installation. This will help reinitialize the driver and the graphics card using the new driver.

Reporting crashes

If you still experience poor framerate, “slow motion” effects, crashes, or other issues, please help the dev team by providing detailed information below.

The more samples and data points we receive, the better we are able to narrow down and determine the root cause of these problems. Here’s what we need:

A) Your System Specs
1) CPU name & model
2) Name / model of the desktop or laptop (if available)
3) Graphics card / chip model and the amount of VRAM
4) Video driver version number
5) System memory size
6) OS version (Windows 7, 8, 64-bit/32-bit, etc.)
7) Anti-virus software name and version

Please make special note in your specs if you are running Windows "N" and "K" editions that does not come with Windows Media Player.

A good deal of this information, such as the graphics card model and VRAM, are available by running a DxDiag report. For more information on how to run this report, click here[www.fuzeqna.com].

Specific issue
Please share your specific issue and the location(s) where you’re experiencing the issues – for example, if you’re having problems with the framerate, is it happening constantly, or is it during certain cutscenes, during gameplay, etc.

If the game is crashing, it would be super useful if you can share your app crash log file via downloadable link using any one of the popular file hosting services such as DropBox, GoogleDrive, OneDrive, etc.

C) Detailed reproduction steps, if consistently reproducible
This step particularly is very useful for the development team. The more detailed info you can provide, the quicker the team can reproduce the error state and (hopefully) fix the issue.

Problems:
1) FPS slows to a crawl after a while in game before 2) happens
2) Game crashes after a few minutes in a fight with graphics card crashed notification message prompt
3) Unable to connect to friend's lobby even though it's created. Shows battle lounge is not available

Cept it's not. Stop talking out of your ass. I ran the all the betas and other highly GPU intensive games like MGSV at full 1080p without problems. The issue is the game not using the correct hardware as has been noted already by numerous people if you'd actually bothered to read the thread before spamming that dumb unhelpful video that's been posted a million times already.
It'd help knowing what you're talking about before posting.

I also have ROG with a Gen 6 i7 970m GTX and it also has the same issue. Is that a "minimum spec" card too? Clown.

Well, i don't have the PC version, I bought it for the PS4, but I can also say this game is broken at launch. The matchmaking is horrible right now, long queue times. Watching Bloodbornes loading times is a walk in the park compared to this.

The lobby system is also broken - can't join anyone and most of times it crashes the app and sends me back to the system menu.

Way to go Capcom and Sony (yes Sony - you backed this crappy game, so I blame you too).

And Capcom, if all you want is your PRO's to enjoy this game in tournament finals, well be my guess, for sure they're the majoraty of your profits. -.-

I wish I could ask for a refund. At least I can prevent others from buying this crappy game.

My main menu map marker is on Australia (I'm in USA) since I unlocked early via VPN and didn't turn it off until I made my CFN account. I don't mind knowing what time it is over there, it's cool, but this won't negatively affect my matchmaking will it? Any way to fix it if it's a problem?

Alright so I got this bug, where whenever I start the game It flashes black for half a second and back to normal constantly. I can't put im any imputs while this is going on either. I've already verifyed the files, which didn't work, and I'd like some advice on what to do next.

Gaming Crashing after few hours or even minutes, the game dont give me a crash log.
And the game is running in slow motion in some parts.

Videos are black on black as well. The following tutorial with Ryu and Ken runs fine but slow.
Both in normal mode and low spec mode.
For now I am stuck in the menu after the tutorial where I have to select my location (german: Standort) which I can not see and not change afterwards (Why that restriction ???).
Keyboard support is miserable. At least I found on the internet that I have to press "b" to accept something in the menus.
WTF.
Why not start the game, get to the main menu, adapt graphics settings, adapt the keyboard settings and ready ?? EVERY games offers this and for good reasons.
I never thought things could be even worse than in USF IV on PC where the keyboard settings were inconsistent throughout the game and the config menu was annoying because of button collisions betwen player 1 and player 2.

I originally couldn't run the game because of the anti-virus issues, I resolved that with adding exceptions to avg for SFV

Same exact issue here now. Don't want to select my country because I can't see the list of what I'm choosing and it says you can't change it after selecting....I played all three betas fine without this issue... now it crops up. When I was in gameplay the graphics were horrible even with everything on low.. I'v read in other threads/replies that it's because of the game using the onboard integrated graphics card instead of the better card. I do have two cards. Hopefully there's a way to force it to not use the onboard card. I tried disabling my onboard card in windows and it seemed to make no difference. Same issue where half the 2d UI elements are missing/black. most text seems fine so it appears to be an issue with textures only.

The game is very-very slow, in the likes of ~20fps. Utterly unplayable.
I ran the beta in 900p with everything on medium or high at 60fps, in the final game even in 720p and with every setting on low I can't manage to pass the 20fps bar.
