Report a translation problem
- Verify your SFV game cache files in your Steam library
- disconnect/disable any Tablets/Touch devices/services
- Whitelist StreetFighterV.exe + whole install folder in your security software / antivirus
- Make sure that your PC meets the system requirements + have updated your drivers + installed the recent Visual C++ redustributeables + DirectX
- run SFV+Steam as administrator

Make sure that your Windows installation is not damaged/compromised/infected
and all necessary Windows updates + Microsoft Visual C++ Redisributeables (vcredist) are installed

Security software can also cause issues if it locks down important system files / directories / memory access.
The fastest way to find out if any of this is the issue, is to backup all your important files and create a fresh install of Windows + test SFV on it.
