try this first:
- Make sure that your PC meets the necessary system requirements.
Make sure that you've added exceptions to
- ALL your security software
- and every single module of it (especially behavior based shields/blockers).
In most cases It's either:
- Antivirus / security software => whitelist / allow SFV
(especially for AVG or AVAST or Windows Defender)
- or 3rd party programs / sevices => disable all non-Microsoft autorun services / android virtual machines / injectors / programs in background + reboot
- or connected USB devices => unplug all unnecessary devices (in a specific case some controllers caused issues).
Check the crash on start section for more details for the above suggestions here:

If possible try to run SFV from your C:\ drive temporarily (especially external / USB drives can cause issues).
Make sure that you have the latest GPU drivers installed (use DDU for a clean installation).
Also check this thread, if you have an older Windows version ( compatibility mode ):

Some users fixed his issue by creating a new secondary Windows account with fresh settings - or in extreme cases with a clean Windows installation.
