报告翻译问题
Make sure that the Steam overlay + input wrappers + other running 3rd party programs are not interfering.

Some players also reported that clean Steam fixed their issues, which started happening with the new Steam update.
- move your downloaded games out of the Steam installation folder, so you don't have to redownload them again (steamapps/common)
- uninstall the Steam client
- delete the Steam folder remainings
- reboot your PC
- reinstall Steam
- move back your downloaded games
By unplugging my ps4 controller that I used for other games, the arcade stick was able to work properly as usual. Although it is really weird 'cause it wasn't an issue before...
1. go in setting => controller => general controller settings => make sure ONLY playstation configuration support is toggled
2. if you any other controllers connected to your pc, make sure they are unplugged and only the razer panthera is plugged in.
So far it works fine for me. Tell me if you guys were able to fix the issue with those 2 steps.
