new issue with Razer Panthera

Everything worked fine with my razer panthera. But now i'm back in the fight after a few months of absence and now some weird stuff is happening, things like hitting heavy punch(R1) making my mouse go to the left on it's own, or pressing a button and down with the stick making my volume go down. What the F&%! is this Sh!t ? It's the first i'm experiencing these issues and i've been using my razer panthera on the same compute for more than a year !

Mouse? It's usually not visible in fullscreen mode, or are you playing in windowed mode?

Make sure that the Steam overlay + input wrappers + other running 3rd party programs are not interfering.

Some players also reported that clean Steam fixed their issues, which started happening with the new Steam update.

- move your downloaded games out of the Steam installation folder, so you don't have to redownload them again (steamapps/common)
- uninstall the Steam client
- delete the Steam folder remainings
- reboot your PC
- reinstall Steam
- move back your downloaded games

it seems I was ''partially'' able to solver my issue.
By unplugging my ps4 controller that I used for other games, the arcade stick was able to work properly as usual. Although it is really weird 'cause it wasn't an issue before...

Glad that this fixed your issue, yes it's strange indeed when it worked before, so it's quite possible that a Steam input-wrapper update changed something, thanks for your response.

I’m having similar issues with my Panthera. I never even knew what steam big picture was. This stick used to be plug and play. I sent you friend request, please accept. I’d love to know if you solved this. My R1 and L1 buttons are now minimizing the game and brining up on screen keyboard and big picture settings. It’s like steam thinks it’s an Xbox 360 game pad now.

I’m also having the same issue when I press r1 it prompts big picture menu or volume

ok folks, I found some solutions right here :

1. go in setting => controller => general controller settings => make sure ONLY playstation configuration support is toggled

2. if you any other controllers connected to your pc, make sure they are unplugged and only the razer panthera is plugged in.

So far it works fine for me. Tell me if you guys were able to fix the issue with those 2 steps.

I'm having this same issue as well. WIndows 10, Ranzer Panthera. Anyone have any insight? I've clean installed Steam, reinstalled drivers. no dice.
