Report a translation problem
- corrupted / game crashed exactly during saving
- or deleted during a Windows-reinstallation
- or overwritten by another player, who used your personal, local Windows account
then your singleplayer progress is unrecoverable (unless you did Windows backups regulary for your AppData folder).
This is where SFV savegames are usually located:
+ paste the above line, this path is usually hidden/protected in Windows, you can enable "Show Hidden Folders" to unhide it.
If you have multiple user/admin accounts on your PC, you should also check whether your savegame is saved in their account paths instead, this can happen, if you played as administrator on a normal user account.

Fight money and DLC unlocks are stored on Capcoms servers, so these are not lost.
You will not get any fight money for previously completed tasks again.
There is a workaround to see your story progress by looking into the shop, story costumes are unlocked/purchaseable for each character, you have finished it with.
You can also track your survival mode progress by checking your unlocked colors for each different costume of each character.
