btw. there is a server maintenance today 17 Jan. 2017, so that could be a reason too.
Just checked the shop, I can purchase it for 40.000 FM.

No error messages.
I've just enabled port forwarding now. (never had an issue before)
Also have verfied integrity of game files.

Have to say no reply from Capcom support in 3 days was pretty dissappointing.
Glad that your issue "fixed itself" right before the weekend, maybe one of the server maintenances this week included a fix for the shop. Thanks for your feedback.
