I just installed an SOCD cleaner Down+Up=Neutral

I'm posting this here, because the SF6 Discussions seem to be full with crybabies being upset about x,y and z design decission in the game...

So, I invested in a hardware SOCD cleaner to relief my OCD about my leverless controller being forbidden, even though you and I know, I will not make it anywhere in any tournament. I play Cammy so I can only talk about her. But boy, oh boy does vertical neutral cleaning feel like a massive buff to me. Not only has blocking overheads become easier, for some reason, the for me hardest move in the game became all of a sudden consistent to pull off. Meaning the TKCS ;)

I can't talk for chargers and not really for anyone else besides Cammy, but it really feels like Capcom has unintentionally buffed circlers.

Have you had similar experiences transferring from the old standard to the new Capcom standard?

Are you a tournament player? If not, why bother? You do realize a lot of people cheat for real with macros right? A lever-less is not cheating, it's even harder than regular. But people love to cry foul when they suck.

Can you post the link to your specific cleaner? I don't go to tournament but my hitbox always cleans to Left+Down thanks to having cheap Chinese parts inside, which isn't ideal so I'll probably try to fix the cleaning to left issue. I just don't know which cleaner to get yet.

Sure: The thingy is called "BitBangGaming Magicians SOCD Cleaner" There are two versions of it. Mine has DIP switches to configure the SOCD cleaning. On their website you will only find the V2 which is configured using an app. I much prefer the switches, since you usually configure it once and then forget about it why bother with an app? Since I have no clue where you are from, I think it is best you google the shopping options for yourself ;)

When you are unsatisfied with your PCB in general, it might be a better idea to go for a Brook Fighting Board... However this was no option for my Qanba Obsidian mod, since I really like every other aspect of it.
