Graphics settings are at recommended. A thread on reddit says that you should try either highest settings or the recommended ones for better performance. Lower settings don't use all of your hardware to their maximum potential, making the performance worse.

AMD RADEON HD 5850 1GB (not overclocked at all)
60fps perfect. Was concerned about my video card being lower than recommended VRAM, but the game runs flawless on default settings @1080p. CPU usage averages about 24%(in-game) with split second 34-41% usage during loading screens. My graphics card is 6 years old. Usually goes for $30-50 on eBay.

Betas been running pretty damn well so far. I ran into some weird hicups though. Sometimes changing anything in graphic settings will cause the game to play in slow motion and sometimes it won't. Also ult tabbing may crash the game for me
15.6" LED HD (1366 x 768) 16:9 Anti-glare
GeForce GT840M 2GB GDDR3
RAM 8GB DDR3 SODIMM (2x4GB)
The game with all at minimum runs at 50-60 fps I tried all but i cant get solid 60fps. I need to use -windowed command in steam because if not, the game wont go full screen never, it's always minimized, if y try to maximize it, I can se the game for half second but comes back to minimized.
I suppose that if i can fix the fullscreen problem the game maybe runs at 60fps but I can't fix it.
Radeon HD 6850

Able to play at 1680 x 1050 with low settings at stable 60fps. low settings look good too, I tested high settings and my frames drop to like 45-55, but it really doesn't look that much better than low. You could even lower the resolution scale to below 100% and probably get more performance but then the game really starts to look terrible. I'm surprise I could play it on my system and keep 60fps at my native resolution.

Ran fine with a contant 60fps on high settings (1600x900) from the first PC beta.

60 FPS on Medium settings with Texture on High. In the right corner of the waterfall stage there's a 5-8 FPS drop when the camera stands there.
