what does " xx " mean in combos..

I guess it means "cancel"

comma = link XX = cancel. So for ryu it would be standing mp, crouching hp XX special move to do his bread and butter.

this is off topic but i see chunli players do a non moving spinning bird.. i dont know what its called so i cant search it up.. does anyone of you know how to do that ?

go to training with chun lee look at the move list and do everything on there to see if you find out what you want to find

its the EX version, you have to use 2 kick buttons in order to do it, plus, you need ONE EX gauge (the super bar at the bottom)
