I mean, it's not like the information wasn't out there that SP would be really really limited at this stage :) You should read up on these things before buying, especially if it's that important for your experience.
Yeah, that's not exactly ideal is it? SFIV released with a pretty great single player right off the bat as well as vs CPU. This way I feel like I'm "making due" and it's unnaceptable.
Thank you for the info, got any links? If that's the case I'll just wait until june to get my copy.
It's a damn shame that the trend of releasing broken, unfinished games is becoming so widespread. Even worse with people excusing and defending the practice.
Aren't they technically still doing bad? What happened to that rumored Devil May Cry 5 that was in production, the wwind swept it away or something?
There were rumors few years ago that they were looking to sell the company. Perhaps Sony bailed them out. They are not doing well probably and I think they released unfinished game just so earn quick money to develop more stuff like story mode. Those ridiculous bengus stillshots look like someone ordered to color some storyboard production sketches.
Thats not a proper mode man, thats like playing driver cause your poor and pretending its gta by pissing cops off and trying to have exciting car chases lol.
Not a proper arcade mode, it lacks Single player content.
I assumed that was the same thing. If that's not the case then my mistake.
And again, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, how do you NOT include a single player? I've been a part of a local SF community for years who, despite playing online whenever their connections allowed it, we'd mostly stick to single player to just zone out and chill.
Capcom did one thing right with porting Dragon's Dogma and the older resi games to the PC but... ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if they aren't keen on taking those very big steps back shortly after. This pretty much made SFV not worth buying for me until they include it. Which they might even not in the end.
