Possible Solution for Low FPS / Slow Motion Problem
*** Possible Fix for those having slow motion / low fps stuff ***

Find the StreetFighterV executable in your steam folder
(default directory is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\StreetFighterV)

Right click it and from compatibilty tab put a tick on "Run this program in compability mode for":
choose - Windows Vista Press Apply.

Do not click the executable, you'll get a blank window. Instead click to play the game in your steam library.

It solved my problem and playing at 60 frames. Hope this helps.

So far it has worked for me and I also made sure to set the game to run as Admin, I havent noticed a slowdown yet but I will sub when I have played longer and give you all a update

Edit: Yup I get the slowdown as well. I hope they make a fix soon man. I was golden in the beta and I don't want to wait to get my new rig before I can play.

playing in Vista Compatibility Mode and forcing Vsync Off in the AMD panel helps for several minutes. after that, the framerate drops significantly.

Tried this out. Same thing as all of you, works for 1 round and then slows down.

Subscribed.

This worked for me for one match, then back to silky smooth slideshow. My specs are pretty much the same of the recommended ones, if not a bit higher, I'm assuming the problem is with the NVidia drivers and me having Windows 10 since they said they cause a massive slowdown on it, was pretty positive this was going to work but didn't last long.

The common issues I have been hearing is that its eather a Driver issue and Nvidia needs to release a newone for optimization to SFV. Or it's that SFV has memory leaks and that for some reason the game refuses to actually use your graphices card and uses your intagrated graphices.

Im running on ATI RAdeon r9 280x and with updated drivers, the game runs smooth as hell in offline modes but as soon as I search for opponent AND in-game(online only), the framerate becomes terribad. If I start to search for ppl while in training mode, it becomes literally half speed. Running Win10. Had 0 problem running the game online on the beta. :S

Is there a way to turn off V-sync through the Intel graphics control panel?

Thanks, when I fight an online player, the game is fine, but when I fight a computer, it gets set back into slow motion.
