if you are using wasd
practice tapping D S think of pianoing
then pressing ds at the same time plus button D S DS break it down like that in your head as two parts
if u are using arrow keys same biz
do it slowly focus and dont rush it bc you think u have to do it faster
build it up focus on no miss inputs
f,df,f+P
df,d,df+P (DP without leaving crouch state)
f,df,fJump+P (comfy on hitbox with socd cleaning for d+Jump=Jump)
even f,d,f+P works
and as mention f,qcf+P and the correct f,d,df+P apply as well to the above rule.
Start practising slow to get the inputs right and then start becoming faster until you succeed. It is never a good approach to mash. With practice you will develop muscle memory and don't even think about it anymore.
And maybe one word of advice from a hitbox user: Put your jump button on the spacebar in the case you are using WASD. It may feel awkward at first but you will profit later on from having four fingers for the four directions instead of only three!
Incorrect
Edit: Okay I get it. Looks like they changed it since season 2. Was weird they still keep it in season 1 trials though.
It is literally wrong. Not only only on the official website but also ingame it states Punch.

Ingame it also only works with Punch. Also in SF6 it is Punch!. But I admit I'm a little baffled by the screenshot.
