Sucks, I know.... I thought all stages were going to have something like that by the final release, especially since they made such a big deal out of it pre-release.
i doubt they will finish but maybe in far future they will release some expansion or huge update that adds 5 or 10 new stages to the game and update old stages make them interactive.
London stage looks like it'd have a transition to a bathroom, Metro city looks like one would lead down into a subway while the other maybe into an office building or so forth.
London has a bathroom, New Zealand a cave and Brazil a tunnel. Those are some of the earliest revealed stages, while later stages like India, Russia, Shadoloo Base and the Lair have nothing.
London,Kanzuki Estate,Brasile,New York and forgotten waterfall have stage interactions.
They're either not activated or not included yet.
Those stage transitions will likely be included in the long run, in case it don't, just bug Capcom about it.
