Why it's not working in SFV then?
Did Sfv detect another support ? ( like keyboard )
If yes, you can try to disconnect your keyboard ( or other ) and replug your pad to try without keyboard.
For me as One day SFV decided that my keyboard has priority on my Pad and that solution fixe it, that s quick and free ^^
Because SFV does not support directinput, a PC standard, which is why the manual says it is PC-compatible, which is correct, it is fully PC and directinput compatible, it's just not compatible with SFV, because SFV needs xinput.
Please take a look in this thread for further information and advice:

However, the work around is to use something like Xoutput / x360ce (which uses direct input devices to "emulate" an Xinput device), or Xpadder (which emulates keyboard/mouse activities with a controller).
KI = Microsoft and they are actively pushing for the new xinput standard. Having / implementing new standards is fine, hard forcing it like this is not, especially since Win10 still fully supports directinput (as legacy).
I know, buying sticks or gamepads for PC has again become sort of a risky business. It wasn't always like this.
There should be cheap alternatives to mayflash with reputed parts you could get.
You're better off with a gamepad than a mayflash, unles the design has changed from a couple of years ago.
