Game has a disconnect problem with IPv4 over DS-Lite (basically all Kabel Deutschland users)
I researched a bit and SF V probably have a massive issue with DS-Lite-tunnel IPv4 over DS-Lite, it disconnects every few minutes especially while connecting to other players.

The cable internet provider Kabel Deutschland use IPv4 over DS-Lite for a few years as the standard method connecting to the internet and there is no way to disable it and the only game that is influenced by this is SF V.

I tried the game out with different pc's (my friends don't have that problem they have standard DSL at their home) on my parents place too (have Kabel Deutschland but a cheaper Hitron router) with the same problem.

A friend of mine also has this problem and he also is using Kabel Deutschland.

Kabel Deutschland changed all IPv4 adresses to IPv6.

Here's an article about it (in german)
http://www.heise.de/netze/meldung/Kabel-Deutschland-stellt-Internetzugaenge-auf-IPv6-um-2069367.html

Other games work perfectly fine so there is a problem with the game.

A friend of mine has this same problem with the same internet provider (but with the standard router) and I assume this is sadly not looked up by Capcom.
I enabled UPNP and there's nothing that blocks it, it get's the ports (expanded host does not fix anything).
Here's a screenshot from what I'm talking about.

Please Capcom look into this, SF V is the only game that suffers from that I know and it really shouldn't be unstable like that.
As much as I love this game I can't stand to get disconnect regularly and long matchmaking is not helping too.
Any other game/application works flawlessly!

Please try it out yourself, Kabel Deutschland is popular because of the high internet speed they give.

I already posted this in the bug thread but would like to have people posting with similar issues.

I now have DSL from Deutsche Telekom too an a similar router and it doesn't disconnect anymore.

But I get really bad private match connection with a buddy (also DSL) which lives a few kilometres away. We teleport like crazy, very painful to watch. USF IV, Rocket League and even Dark Souls 1 works fine.

6 month later, still no fix. I am still disconnecting every couple mins...
Capcom if you want to fix the rage quitters problem, start with fixing the connections

I only was able to ''fix'' this by calling my ISP and changing ipv6 to ipv4.
You need to do this or you can't play without those issues.

KabelDeutschland/Vodafone and Unitymedia are known for giving new customers DS-lite IPv6 connections, which causes a lot of trouble on PS4 and XBOX and some other games/programs.

Microsoft and Unitymedia worked together to create a firmware adjustment for IPv6 on XBOX,
Microsofts Teredo implementation (for games like Killer Instinct) is still a problem for routers which don't have an option for this.

The only workaround for some PS4 players was to change the
primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8
and secondary DNS server to 8.8.4.4
+ lowering the MTU value to 1472 or even 1450

Some old KabelDeutschland customers were obviously also switched to IPv6, after complaining a few of them got lucky and were switched back to IPv4.
