How do you change to japanese voice acting in story mode?

I changed all my characters to japanese in the sound option that didn't change anything. I can't handle the english voice actors. They sound like complete ♥♥♥♥.

I think there's another voice setting in the single player menu, where you can choose between character stories and the general story.
