I recommend using DS4windows and switching to the PS4 switch.
you will want to download x360ce
1) DS4windows, it works with any game that's x360 pad compatible, fully customizable and highly recommended if you also play other games besides sf5.
or
2) SF5Dinput, it only works for SF5 but you don't need any extra programs running in the back ground, you just place the file in the game folder and start the game as normal. It also only works with the d-pad and not the thumb stick. You can find it here https://github.com/dantarion/SF5DInput
You really should get both and see which one works better for you, but these 2 are the best ones I come across.
